Steps:
1.Click Window tab in Menu bar
2.Click AVD Manager in Window tab
3.Opens Android virtuval Device Manager click New button
4.Then opens like this Fill the all columns.
5.After filling the all columns click Create AVD.
6.Virtuval Device is ready.
